Pulled Pork Sandwiches

    Using Van Dorn Gourmets BBQ Spice Rub

   

 

Ingredients:

1 15oz can tomato sauce

1 small onion diced

2 garlic cloves minced

1 Tablespoon olive oil

2 Tablespoons butter 

1/2 cup molasses

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

3 Tablespoons Van Dorn Gourmets BBQ Spice Rub   

 

Directions: In a medium saute' pan, melt butter, add olive oil, and saute' onions and garlic on medium heat until slightly browned.  Add remainder of ingredients, mix together, and simmer on low for about 1 hour.  Stir occasionally.  Serve hot or cold.
