Santa Maria Seasoning

Our new Santa Maria Seasoning is a tribute to the classic "open pit" grilling style made famous by California's Central Coast.  But you don't need an open pit, or even a grill to enjoy this great seasoning!  Our savory blend has great notes of garlic, onion, parsley, and cracked black pepper.  And if that doesn't get your mouth watering, we also add the right amount of salt, raw sugar, and just a hint of natural smokiness for the perfect balance.  And it is great on just about everything!  Use it as a spice rub on meats, poultry, and seafood.  It's also great sprinkled on potatoes, eggs, vegetables, pastas, salads, soups, sauces, breads, popcorn...
